Meet Our Chef
Kung San has found his greatest passion in life and that is food. He has traveled all over the world to learn and understand about various styles of cuisine. His approach to sushi is a unique style that blends Japanese, Chinese, Korean, South Asian and French techniques to create exclusive flavor combinations and innovative pieces of art. In 1998, Kung San decided to share his culinary skills with the world by opening the first Oishii restaurant. Since then, he has continued expanding his vision and opened Oishii Too in 2000.
